ASOGROCAIMA and the municipal government of Nocaima are making history in cane syrup and panela production! Thanks to the royalty fund of the Ministry of Science and Technology, with coordination by Corporural, the Secretariat of Economic Development and Mayor Juan Carlos Vásquez Arias, the ministry will provide us with a continuous-flow juice concentration plant to improve our processes. We will now be able to research and improve the production of our panela-based products.
